Set over the course of a demanding twelve-month cycle, players must navigate their states through unpredictable global crises by managing workforce economies, utilizing tactical abilities, and negotiating fragile alliances. Success requires meticulous financial oversight, as depleting your treasury results in immediate and permanent elimination. Ultimately, victory belongs to the sole survivor—or, should multiple states endure the year, the faction that has amassed the greatest wealth in a collapsing world.
